Due to the current situation with Coronavirus, we do not intend to request payment for your entry yet. We will e-mail you nearer the date of the event to request payment, once the current situation has improved. Should you have a need to withdraw your entry please contact us as soon as you know so we can make your place available to others should the event fill up.

The entry fee will be £15.00 per vehicle which will all go to charity. Entrants may pay more if they wish to make a larger charity donation.

I declare that the use of the vehicle entered is covered by insurance as required by law, which is valid for
such part of this event as shall take place on roads as defined in law.
I furthermore declare that the vehicle is in a fit condition safely to be driven in the event and confirm that
it is covered by a relevant Department of Transport Test Certificate (MOT).
